Questions about the policy review
How do I send you my policies?
By email to info@vividprotect.de, as a PDF, scan or photo. Fill in the short form first so that we know whom the documents belong to. There is no upload portal and you do not need an account.
What does the policy review cost?
Nothing. As an insurance broker we are remunerated by the insurer if we place a policy for you. Reviewing your existing policies is free of charge and without obligation.
Do I have to switch insurers afterwards?
No. You receive our assessment and decide for yourself whether to change anything. Quite often the result is that a policy is fine as it stands.
Our policies are in German. Is that a problem?
Not at all — that is the point. We read the German wording and explain in English what is covered, what is not, and what a German counterparty or landlord would expect to see.
What happens to our documents?
We use them solely for the review and treat them as confidential. We do not contact your insurers without your instruction. Details are set out in our privacy policy.
